One of the remarkable events that CaspiLink recently participated was the Telecom Review Leaders’ Summit in Dubai — a global platform to exchange insights on the future of telecom and technology industries.

The company was represented by Ana Nakashidze, CEO of CaspiLink and AzerTelecom, who delivered the opening keynote during the “Wholesale Trilogy: Subsea, Subnets, Satellites” panel.

In her remarks, Ana Nakashidze outlined the development of a new Asia–Europe connectivity route, including a hybrid network that combines terrestrial and subsea infrastructure, designed to deliver fast, high-capacity connectivity across large parts of Asia, Europe, and the Middle East. She mentioned that, as a major component of this route, the Trans-Caspian fiber-optic project, currently underway, will serve as a significant connectivity bridge by establishing robust digital infrastructure across the Caspian Sea

Ana Nakashidze, CEO of CaspiLink and AzerTelecom, joined the Senior Talks at ADA University, where she shared her personal leadership journey with students and the lessons that shaped her path. She also spoke about the challenges that taught her prominence in the telecom industry and highlighted the importance of lifelong learning.

During the talk, Ana Nakashidze also discussed global connectivity trends, including projects such as the Digital Silk Way initiative and the strategic role of the Trans-Caspian Fiber-Optic Cable Line in connecting regions and strengthening digital links.
